تتناول هذه الدراسة السوسيولوجية إشكالية معقدة وحساسة تتمثل في كيفية تعامل الأسر المغربية مع القضايا الجنسية للمراهقين المصابين بالتوحد، من زاوية اجتماعية وثقافية تتجاوز البعد الطبي أو النفسي. وقد كشفت نتائج البحث الميداني، المعتمد على مقابلات مع ثلاثين أسرة، عن حضور واضح للارتباك والتردد في التعاطي مع هذه القضايا، حيث يتجلى تعامل الأسرة غالبًا بين الاعتراف المشروط بالجوانب البيولوجية للنمو الجنسي، مقابل إنكار أو تجاهل شبه تام للأبعاد العاطفية والاجتماعية المرتبطة بالجنس. ويُلاحظ أن الأسرة تتفاعل مع السلوكيات الجنسية للمراهق الذاتوي بنوع من الحذر أو التضييق، انطلاقًا من تمثلات اجتماعية وثقافية تقليدية، تهيمن عليها اعتبارات الوصم والعار والقلق من نظرة المجتمع. كما أن التعامل مع هذه القضايا يتم غالبًا في غياب رؤية استشرافية واضحة لمستقبل المراهق الجنسي أو العاطفي، ويظل مشوبًا بهواجس الخوف من الاستغلال والانحراف، مما يدفع كثيرًا من الأسر إلى اللجوء لأساليب الإنكار أو العزل أو التسييج الأخلاقي والاجتماعي لسلوك المراهق. تؤكد الدراسة أن القضايا الجنسية لدى هذه الفئة لا تُدمَج بالقدر الكافي في استراتيجيات التنشئة أو التأهيل، ويظل الجسد التوحدي في نظر الكثير من الأسر "مؤجلًا" من حيث الاعتراف الكامل، وهو ما يعكس استمرار البنية الذهنية التقليدية تجاه مفهوم الجسد والجنس والإعاقة في المجتمع المغربي.       This sociological study addresses a complex and sensitive issue: how Moroccan families deal with the sexual matters of adolescents with autism from a social and cultural perspective that goes beyond medical or psychological dimensions. Findings from fieldwork, based on interviews with thirty families, reveal a marked presence of confusion and hesitation in addressing these issues. Families often oscillate between conditional acknowledgment of the biological aspects of sexual development and an almost complete denial or neglect of the emotional and social dimensions of sexuality. The study observes that families approach the sexual behaviors of autistic adolescents with caution or restriction, rooted in traditional cultural and social perceptions dominated by stigma, shame, and fear of societal judgment. Moreover, these issues are generally handled without a clear long-term vision regarding the adolescent's sexual or emotional future, and are often overshadowed by concerns about potential exploitation or deviance. This leads many families to adopt strategies of denial, isolation, or moral and social containment of the adolescent's behavior. The study asserts that sexual matters within this group are inadequately integrated into parenting or rehabilitation strategies. The autistic body is frequently perceived by families as “deferred" in terms of full recognition, reflecting a persistent traditional mindset regarding the body, sexuality, and disability in Moroccan society.
