هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد مقياس تنمية المهارات المهنية لذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد، والتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، وقد تألفت عينة البحث من (60) طالب وطالبة من ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد، وقد تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (15-17) سنة بمتوسط عمري (16.00) سنة وانحراف معياري (0.844)، وطبقت الباحثة مقياس تنمية المهارات المهنية لذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد والذي يتكون من (79) مفردة، وتم التحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية للمقياس من حيث الصدق والثبات والاتساق الداخلي، وأشارت النتائج إلى تمتع مقياس تنمية المهارات المهنية لذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد بصدق وثبات مرتفع. The current research aimed to prepare a measure of professional skills development for people with autism spectrum disorder among Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder Integrated in the Basic Education Stage. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female students with autism spectrum disorder, and their chronological ages ranged between (15-17) years with an average age of (16.00) year and a standard deviation of (0.844). The researcher applied the measure of developing professional skills for people with autism spectrum disorder among Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, which consists of (79) items. The psychometric efficiency of the scale was verified in terms of validity, reliability, and internal consistency. The results indicated that the scale for developing professional skills for people with autism spectrum disorder enjoys high validity and reliability
