هدف البحث إلى تحليل محتوى مناهج الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء أبعاد الثقافة القانونية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث أعدت الباحثة قائمة بأبعاد الثقافة القانونية، واستمارة لتحليل محتوى مناهج الدراسات، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (6) كتب لمادة الدراسات الاجتماعية الخاصة بالصفوف الرابع والخامس والسادس الابتدائي الاجتماعية ، وأوضحت نتائج البحث انخفاض ملحوظ في تضمين محتوى مناهج الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الابتدائية لأبعاد الثقافة القانونية، وفي ضوء ذلك تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات، والبحوث المقترحة. The aim of the research was to analyze the content of social studies curriculams at the primary stage in light of the dimensions of legal culture. To achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared a list of the dimensions of legal culture and a form to analyze the content of the studies curriculams. The research group consisted of (6) books for the social studies subject for the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of primary school. The research results showed a noticeable decrease in the inclusion of the dimensions of legal culture in the content of social studies curriculams at the primary stage. In light of this, a set of recommendations and proposed research were developed.
