ملخص سعت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح الدور المأمول للقيادة الإبداعية لمواجهة المشكلات الإدارية والفنية لدى المدارس المتوسطة، من خلال الوقوف على المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه المدارس المتوسطة في الكويت، والوقوف على المشكلات الفنية لدى تواجه المدارس المتوسطة في الكويت، والتعرف على الدور المأمول للقيادة الإبداعية لمواجهة المشكلات الإدارية والفنية لدى المدارس المتوسطة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على  عينة  قوامها (325) معلماً بالمدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي بالكويت، وتوصلت ادراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن عدم إشراك جميع المرؤوسين في حل المشكلات الإدارية) فى المرتبة الأولي فى ترتيب المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي بالكويت، وفيما يخص المشكلات الفنية التي تواجه المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي بالكويت، جاء(عزوف الطلبة عن الحضور إلي المدرسة في الأسبوع الأول والأخير من كل فصل دراسي) فى المرتبة الأولي الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الإبداعية المشكلات الإدارية والفنية، المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي بالكويت   Abstract The study sought to develop a proposed vision of the hoped-for role of creative leadership to confront administrative and technical problems in middle schools, by identifying the administrative problems facing middle schools in Kuwait, identifying the technical problems facing middle schools in Kuwait, and identifying the hoped-for role of creative leadership to confront administrative and technical problems in middle schools. The study used the descriptive approach, and the study tool was applied to a sample of (325) teachers in middle schools in Ahmadi Governorate in Kuwait. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: that the failure to involve all subordinates in solving administrative problems) ranked first in the ranking of administrative problems facing middle schools in Ahmadi Governorate in Kuwait. As for the technical problems facing middle schools in Ahmadi Governorate in Kuwait, (students' reluctance to attend school in the first and last weeks of each semester) came in first place.  Keywords: Creative leadership, administrative and technical problems, middle schools in Ahmadi Governorate in Kuwait
