يهدف البحث إلى إعداد مقياس رأس المال النفسي لدي عينة من الشباب الجامعي وتتكون عينة الدراسة من (200) طالب وطالبة من (الفرقة الثالثة والرابعة) الأقسام الأدبية والعلمية بكلية التربية جامعة عين شمس، وذلك للتحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، وتراوحت اعمارهم بين (21-22) عام.حيث سيتم التطبيق في الفصل الدراسي الاول لعام الدراسي (2024 – 2025).
The research aims to prepare a scale of psychological capital for a sample of university youth. The study sample consists of (200) male and female students from (the third and fourth year) of the literary and scientific departments at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, in order to verify the psychometric properties of the scale, and their ages ranged between (21-22) years. The application will be in the first semester of the academic year (2024-2025).
