      يعد اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه من أهم الاضطرابات السلوكية التي تواجه الأمهات، ولقد تزايد اهتمام الباحثين بهذا الاضطراب لتزايد معدلات انتشاره بسبب تأثيره على تطور نمو الطفل وأسرته، وكذلك على المجتمع المحيط به، وتعتبر العناية بالطفل المصاب باضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه من أصعب المهام التربوية للوالدين وبالأخص الأم، لذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى  التعرف على الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لدي أمهات أطفال اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه ؛حيث تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة الدراسة التى تكونت من (200) من أمهات أطفال فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه المترددات على مركز الصحة النفسية بعيادات الصديق الطبية ، ومستشفى الدمرداش، ومستشفى عين شمس التخصصي تتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية ( 22 إلى 54) عام ،وبلغ المتوسط  والانحراف المعيارى العمرى لأفراد العينة (35,61± 7,250) فى الفصل الدراسى 2023/ 2024 م ، واختيروا بطريقة عشوائية ، واستخدام المنهج الوصفى في الدراسة للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة ، وتم معالجة بيانات الدراسة لحساب الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس من خلال الأساليب الإحصائية الاتساق الداخلى، والصدق العاملى الاستكشافى، معامل ألفا لكرونباخ، التجزئة النصفية ، وخلصت النتائج إلى تمتع مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لدي أمهات أطفال اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه بالصدق والثبات ويمكن استخدامة عمليا فى البيئة المصرية.
Abstract
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most important behavioral disorders facing mothers. Researchers have become increasingly interested in this disorder due to its increasing prevalence rates  to its impact on the development of the child and his family as well as on the surrounding community. Caring for a child with ADHD is one of the most difficult educational tasks for parents, especially the mother. Therefore, the study aimed to prepare a social support scale for mothers of hyperactivity and attention deficit. The scale was applied to a sample of (200) From mothers of hyperactive and distracted children who frequented the Mental Health Center at Al-Siddiq Medical Clinics, Demerdash Hospital, and Ain Shams Specialist Hospital ranging in age from ( 22 to 54) years. The average  and standard deviation of the age of the sample members was (35,61 ± 7,250) in the semester 2023/2024 The scale consisted of four dimensions: cognitive support, emotional support, behavioral support, and material support. and used the descriptive approach in the study to answer the questions of the study. The study data were processed to calculate the psychometric characteristics of the scale through statistical methods, internal consistency, exploratory factor validity, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and half-fragmentation. The results concluded that the social support scale was enjoyed by mothers of hyperactivity disorder children It is distracted by validity and reability and can be practically used in the Egyptian environment.
