هدف البحث الحالي إلى نمذجة العلاقات السببية بين أبعاد العزم الأكاديمي(الصمود الأكاديمي، والمثابرة الأكاديمية) والرشاقة المعرفية وأبعاد الرفاهية الأكاديمية(العلاقات الإيجابية مع الأساتذة والزملاء، الكفاءة الأكاديمية، الاستمتاع بالتعلم، والرضا عن الحياة الأكاديمية)، والتحقق من الدور الوسيط للرشاقة المعرفية في هذه العلاقات. وبلغ عدد المشاركين فى البحث (348) طالب وطالبة من الطلاب مرتفعي التحصيل بالمرحلة الجامعية، منهم (99) طالبا، (249) طالبة. وأعد الباحث ثلاثة مقاييس، وهي: مقياس العزم الأكاديمي ومقياس الرشاقة المعرفية، ومقياس الرفاهية الأكاديمية. كما استعان الباحث بنتائج الطلاب في العام الدراسي 2023/2024. وكشفت النتائج عن ملائمة النموذج المقترح للعلاقات السببية بين متغيرات البحث لطبيعة بيانات البحث، كذلك وجود تأثير مباشر(موجب) دال إحصائياً لبعد المثابرة الأكاديمية فى الرشاقة المعرفية، وعدم وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا لبعد الصمود الأكاديمي في الرشاقة المعرفية، ووجود تأثير مباشر (موجب) دال إحصائياً لأبعاد العزم الأكاديمي، والرشاقة المعرفية فى أبعاد الرفاهية الأكاديمية. وأيضاً وجود تأثير غير مباشر (موجب) دال إحصائياً للمثابرة الأكاديمية فى أبعاد الرفاهية الأكاديمية من خلال الرشاقة المعرفية، وعدم وجود تأثير غير مباشر دال إحصائيا للصمود الأكاديمي فى أبعاد الرفاهية الأكاديمية من خلال  الرشاقة المعرفية.                   Abstract  The current research aimed to model the causal relationships between the dimensions of academic grit (academic resilience, academic perseverance), cognitive agility, and academic well-being (positive relationships with professors and colleagues, academic competence, learning enjoyment, and satisfaction with academic life), and to verify the mediating role of cognitive agility in these relationships. The number of participants in the research was (348) male and female high-achieving students at Helwan University, including (99) male students and (249) female students. The researcher prepared three scales: the academic grit scale, the cognitive agility scale, and the academic well-being scale. The researcher also used the students' results in the academic year 2023/2024. The results revealed the fitness of the proposed model for the causal relationships between the research variables to the nature of the research data, as well as there was a statistically significant direct (positive) effect of the academic perseverance dimension on cognitive agility, there wasn't a statistically significant direct effect of the academic resilience dimension on cognitive agility, there was a statistically significant direct (positive) effect of the academic grit dimensions and  cognitive agility on the academic well-being dimensions. There was also a statistically significant indirect (positive) effect of academic perseverance on the dimensions of academic well-being through cognitive agility, and there wasn't statistically significant indirect effect of academic resilience on the dimensions of academic well-being through cognitive agility
