ملخص البحث :          
هدف البحث الى اختبار فعالية المدخل التنظيمي البيئي في تنمية مهارة إدارة الازمات  لدى جماعة أصدقاء البيئة حيث تتحدد فروض الدراسة في ، ‌توجد فروق معنوية دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات نتائج القياسات القبلية والبعدية لأعضاء الجماعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدى على مقياس المهارة في إدارة الازمات وتحددت أبعادها في البعد الأول  " المهارة في تحليل البيانات"، والبعد الثاني  " المهارة في التنبؤ بالمخاطر"، والبعد الثالث  " المهارة في اتخاذ القرار"،  وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلي صحة الفروض الفرعية للبحث ومن خلال ثبوت صحة الفرض الرئيسي الذى تقوم عليه الدراسة ، وبالتالى يمكن القول بأنه: توجد فروق معنوية دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات نتائج القياسات القبلية والبعدية لأعضاء الجماعة التجريبية على مقياس المهارة في إدارة الازمات لصالح القياس البعدى نتيجة لممارسة المدخل التنظيمي البيئي.

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to test the effectiveness of the environmental organizational Approach in developing the crisis management skill of the Friends of the Environment group. The study hypotheses are determined in: There are statistically significant moral differences between the averages of the results of the pre- and post-measurements of the members of the experimental group in favor of the post-measurement on the skill scale in crisis management. Its dimensions were determined in the first dimension: “skill in analyzing data", the second dimension: “skill in predicting risks", and the third dimension: “skill in decision-making". The research results reached the validity of the sub-hypotheses of the research and through the confirmation of the validity of the main hypothesis on which the study is based. Therefore, it can be said that: There are statistically significant moral differences between the averages of the results of the pre- and post-measurements of the members of the experimental group on the skill scale in crisis management in favor of the post-measurement as a result of practicing the environmental organizational Approach.
