The study seeks to clarify the importance of visual intelligence and ‎ways of discovering it to help find light on the importance of its ‎development and applications, and this by establishing the impact ‎and effectiveness of electronic programs for the development of ‎visual intelligence using 3D drawing, the most important of these ‎programs (3D MAX)which is under study, which will be explained its ‎basics and potential and try to employ them to serve the goals of ‎Research, this study will be limited to studying the effectiveness of ‎an electronic program for the development ofvisual intelligence using ‎‎3D drawing in a sample of students of the third division and opinions ‎of experts and faculty working in the departments of technical ‎education, and therefore i found that there is a strong positive ‎correlation between considering games of 3D compositions as one of ‎the most important methods of developing visual intelligence and ‎considering the imaginary description of vocabulary as tools for the ‎development of visual intelligence and considering the drawing of ‎images electronically Details from memory are one way to develop ‎visual intelligence and to consider animated films as ways to develop ‎visual intelligence‏. ‏
