هدف البحث الكشف عن فاعلية المقرر المقترح القائم على التطبيقات الرياضية لمبادئ النانو تكنولوجي في تنمية مهارات التفكير المنتج والقيمة الوظيفية للرياضيات لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، ولتحقيق الهدف مِن البحث قام الباحثان بإعداد قائمة بمهارات التفكير المنتج في الرياضيات، وقائمة بأبعاد القيمة الوظيفية للرياضيات، والمقرر المقترح القائم على التطبيقات الرياضية لمبادئ النانو تكنولوجي (كتاب التلميذ)، ودليل المعلم للمقرر، واختيارعينة البحث، التي تمثَّلَتْ في: (38) تلميذًا وتلميذةً مِنْ تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي، وتضمنتْ أدوات البحث: اختبار مهارات التفكير المنتج في الرياضيات، ومقياس القيمة الوظيفية للرياضيات، وتَمَّ تطبيقُهما على المجموعة التجريبية للبحث، قبل وبعد تجربة البحث، وأسفرتْ النتائج عن: وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطى درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلى والبعدي لاختبار مهارات التفكير المنتج في الرياضيات لصالح متوسط درجات التطبيق البعدى، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطى درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلى والبعدى لمقياس القيمة الوظيفية للرياضيات لصالح متوسط درجات التطبيق البعدي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة، ودالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.01) بين درجات التلاميذ في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات التفكير المنتج في الرياضيات، ومقياس القيمة الوظيفية للرياضيات، كما يتصف المقرر المقترح القائم على التطبيقات الرياضية لمبادئ النانو تكنولوجي بالفاعلية في تنمية مهارات التفكير المنتج، والقيمة الوظيفية للرياضيات لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، وقدَّم البحثُ عددًا مِن التوصيات، والبحوث المقترحة. he research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a proposed course based on mathematical application of NANO technology's principles in developing productive thinking and utility of mathematics for the second cycle of basic education pupils. To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers prepared a list of mathematical productive thinking skills,  utility value of mathematics, the proposed course based on mathematical applications of the principles of nanotechnology including the pupil's book, and the teacher's guide. The sample of the research consisted of (38) pupils of the second grade preparatory stage. The research tools included mathematical productive thinking skills' test and the utility value of mathematics' scale which were administrated to the experimental group of the research, before and after the research experiment, and the research's results were as follows:There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group pupils in the pre- post administrations of the mathematical productive thinking skills test, in favor of the post- administration, There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group pupils in the pre- post administrations of the utility value scale of mathematics, in favor of the post-administration, There is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.01) between the pupils' scores in the post-administration of the mathematical productive thinking skills test and the utility value of mathematics scale, The findings of the research confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed course based on mathematical application of NANO technology's principles in developing mathematical productive thinking and utility value of mathematics for the second cycle of basic education pupils. Based on the research findings, a number of recommendations and areas for further study were presented.
