يعد الارتقاء بمستوى الجدارات البحثية داخل الجامعات من أهم السبل المعاصرة لضمان تحقيق التميز والتنافسية بين الجامعات، كما أنه عاملًا مهمًا فى نقل الخبرات الإبداعية فى مجال التعليم والبحث العلمى، وضرورة لمواجهة كثير من التحديات التى تتعرض لها الجامعات، انطلاقًا من ذلك هدف البحث الحالى إلى الكشف عن أهم الجدارات البحثية اللازمة لتعزيز الإنتاجية العلمية فى ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمى لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بنها، وذلك من خلال استبانة موجهة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لإبداء وجهات النظر حول أهمية تلك الجدارات، وتوصل البحث إلى أن الجدارات البحثية المتمثلة فى (الجدارات المعرفية الأكاديمية، الجدارات الرقمية، الجدارات الشخصية، الجدارات الفنية الإجرائية، الجدارات الريادية) على درجة أهمية كبيرة طبقًا لآراء أفراد العينة، ومن ثم فهى تسهم فى تعزيز الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس.

The advancement of research competencies level within universities is considered one of the most important contemporary means to ensure the achievement of excellence and competitiveness among universities. It is also an important factor in transferring creative experiences in the fields of education and scientific research, and a necessity to face many of the challenges that universities face. Based on this, the current research aims to reveal the most important research competencies necessary to enhance scientific productivity in light of the requirements of the digital age for staff members at Benha University, through a questionnaire directed to faculty members at the university to express their views on the importance of these competencies.
