It is recognized to be good for a variety of conditions, including joint, gastrointestinal, and lung health. Furthermore, Boswellia and its active components, such as boswellic acid, seem to have a good anti-inflammatory effect on the body. It possesses anti-inflammatory properties that may benefit inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis (OA), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and asthma.
