يهدف هذا البحث للوقوف على مقاصد القرآن الكريم وأثرها في تحقيق السلم الاجتماعي,وترتكز أهمية هذا البحث في كونه يتناول موضوعا جديدا يظهر مقاصد القرآن الكريم وأثرها في تحقيق السلم الاجتماعي من خلال الاستشهاد بالآيات والأحاديث المعينة على استنباط هذه المقاصد
أن التفسير المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم صاحب نزول الوحي على النبي r فكان r يصحح للصحابة y مفاهيم القرآن التي يشكل عليهم فهمها وكذلك فعل أئمة التفسير من الصحابة والتابعين
واهم النتائج يعد الوقوف عند ظاهر النص دون إعمال مقاصده خطأً قد يؤدي إلى الاستشهاد بالآيات في غير محلها, وبالتالي يؤدي ذلك إلى الخطأ في التفسير والخروج عن مراد الله U من كلامه
و ليس المراد بالفهم المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم إهمال أدوات التفسير الأصيلة كاللغة وتاريخ النزول وأسبابه ومناسبة الآيات وغير ذلك من العلوم المعينة على التفسير, بل إن التفسير المقاصدي هو ثمرة توظيف هذه الأدوات توظيفا صحيحا منزها عن نزعات التطرف والمذهبية
و أنه بإمعان النظر في مقاصد القرآن يظهر لنا وجها من وجوه الإعجاز لكتاب الله U وهو صلاحية الوحي الكريم لكل زمان ومكان وشمولية قضاياه لكل ما يحقق السعادة للبشر على اختلاف أطيافهم
و يعد القرن التاسع الهجري مرحلة مهمة في تاريخ علم مقاصد القرآن حيث ظهرت فيه المصنفات التي تحمل في عنوانها علم المقاصد كما بينت عن تصنيف الفيروز آبادي والبقاعي –رحمهما الله-
حيث اشتمل البحث على قسمين, القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة النظرية: تناول فيه الباحث بعض المعلومات الأولية عن علم مقاصد القرآن الكريم وجهود العلماء ومناهجهم في تناوله, القسم الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية: والتي اهتمت باستنباط مقاصد القرآن من الآيات الكريمة وبيانها من خلال ما قاله أهل التفسير, في إحدى الموضوعات المهمة وهو (تحقيق السلم الاجتماعي) وذلك بغرض إبراز الدور الهام للفهم المقاصدي لكتاب الله تعالى ودوره في حل مشكلات المجتمع وتصفيته مما يكدر أمنه وسلامته, ويعزز تطبيق تعاليم القرآن في واقع المجتمع.
Abstract:
This research aims to examine the objectives of the Holy Quran and their impact on achieving social peace. The importance of this research lies in its new approach, which highlights the objectives of the Holy Quran and their impact on achieving social peace by citing specific verses and hadiths to deduce these objectives.
The objective interpretation of the Holy Quran was associated with the revelation of the Quran to the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him). He (peace and blessings of God be upon him) corrected the Quranic concepts that were difficult for the Companions to understand, as did the leading interpreters among the Companions and their Successors.
The most important results: Relying on the apparent meaning of the text without applying its objectives is a mistake that may lead to citing verses out of place, which in turn leads to errors in interpretation and deviation from the intended meaning of God Almighty in His words.
The objective understanding of the Holy Quran does not mean neglecting the tools of interpretation. Authenticity, such as language, the history of revelation, its causes, the relevance of verses, and other sciences that aid interpretation. Indeed, the interpretation of the objectives of the Qur'an is the fruit of employing these tools correctly, free from extremist and sectarian tendencies. A close examination of the objectives of the Qur'an reveals an aspect of the miraculous nature of the Book of God, the Exalted, namely the suitability of the Noble Revelation for all times and places, and the comprehensiveness of its issues for everything that achieves happiness for humanity of all kinds. The ninth century AH is considered an important stage in the history of the science of the objectives of the Qur'an, as works bearing the title "the science of objectives" appeared during this period, as indicated by the classifications of Al-Fayruzabadi and Al-Baq'i (may God have mercy on them). The research comprises two sections: the first: the theoretical study, in which the researcher discussed some preliminary information about the science of the objectives of the Qur'an and the efforts and methods of scholars in addressing it. The second: the applied study, which focused on deducing the objectives of the Qur'an from the noble verses and clarifying them through the statements of the scholars of interpretation, on one of the important topics, "achieving social peace," with the aim of highlighting the role of the Qur'an. Inspiring the objective understanding of the Book of God Almighty and its role in resolving societal problems and eliminating those that undermine its security and safety, and enhancing the application of the Quran's teachings in the real world.
