Institutional human capital owned by employees in the organization is considered a resource that can contribute to the competitive process and high productivity as long as the management and leadership in the organization will know how to train resources and benefit from them, by placing them in positive internal contexts of the organization. Institutional human capital plays a vital role in modern thought at the economic, administrative and social levels, and the importance of investing in it means studying the costs of spending on education and health as one of the most important determinants of institutional human capital in general, and the workforce in particular.
