أصبح موضوع الميتافيرس محل اهتمام عالمي نتيجة التطورات الأخيرة في التحول إلى العالم الافتراضي، وذلك في ظل توجه العديد من دول العالم نحو تبني فكرة الميتافيرس وتطبيقها في مختلف المؤسسات التعليمية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، وهذا ما يجعل من الضروري تسليط الضوء على هذا الموضوع من الناحية الشرعية، يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الميتافيرس باعتباره إحدى المسائل الفقهية المستجدة، وذلك من خلال اعتماد المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التأصيلي (الاستقرائي)، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة: جواز استخدام تقنية الميتافيرس شرعًا وفق ضوابط شرعية وعامة، إذ إنها تندرج ضمن دائرة المباحات لما تحققه من منافع ومصالح للعباد.

The topic of the metaverse has become a global focus due to recent developments in the shift to the virtual world. This comes in light of many countries moving toward adopting and implementing the metaverse concept in various educational, social, and economic institutions. This makes it essential to highlight this topic from a legal perspective. The aim of this research is to study the metaverse as one of the emerging jurisprudential issues, using both the descriptive and foundational (inductive) methodologies. Among the most important findings of the researcher is that the use of metaverse technology is legally permissible under specific religious and general guidelines, as it falls within the category of permissible actions due to the benefits and interests it provides to individuals.
