يتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في تقييم استثمارات رأس المال الفكري القطاع الصحي بمنطقة نجران وتحديد مدى فاعليتها، وكذلك فعاليتها في تحقيق الازدهار التنظيمي، وق توصلت الدراسة من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الى وجود علاقة معنوية بين رأس المال الفكري وبين تحقيق الازدهار التنظيمي بالقطاع الصحي بمنطقة نجران بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
       وأوصت الدراسة القائمين والمسئولين بالقطاع الصحي بمنطقة نجران بضرورة تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر وبناء رأس المال الفكري، وتحسين تدريب الكوادر الطبية، ونشر التقارير الصحية، والعمل على تحقيق الازدهار التنظيمي.
The main objective of the study is to evaluate intellectual capital investments in the health sector in the Najran region and determine the extent of their effectiveness, as well as their effectiveness in achieving organizational prosperity. The study found, through the descriptive and analytical approach, that there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital and achieving organizational prosperity in the health sector in the Najran region in the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia.
      The study recommended that those in charge and officials in the health sector in the Najran region need to strengthen the culture of continuous improvement, build intellectual capital, improve the training of medical personnel, publish health reports, and work to achieve organizational prosperity.
