هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتعزيز الاستدامة المؤسسية للجامعات المصرية في ضوء التهجين التنظيمي.واستخدم البحثالمنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها:يؤدي التهجين التنظيمي إلى زيادة القدرة على توليد نتائج فعالة للجامعات، ومن بين هذه النتائج جعل الجامعات أكثر ديمومة واستدامة وابتكارًا.يحقق التهجين التنظيمي أهداف الاستدامة المتعددة والمتناقضة في آن واحد، فبدون التهجين سوف تتجه الجامعات نحو تحقيق الأهداف المتجانسة فقط.يعتبر التهجين التنظيمي أحد الوسائل التنظيمية الدافعة لمواجهة التوترات الناشئة عن تناقض الأشكال أو الهويات أو المنطق في المستقبل وذلك لتحقيق مزيد من الاستدامة.ظهرت الأشكال الهجينة داخل الجامعات، استجابةً للبيئة الجامعية التعددية والتعقيد المؤسسي.يؤدي التعدد في الهويات داخل الجامعات الهجينة إلى ظهور هوية جديدة.
A Proposed Perspective to Enhance the Institutional Sustainability of Egyptian Universities in Light of                            Organizational Hybridization            Dr. Eman Ahmed  Hassan HammamLecturer of Comparative education and Educational Administration, faculty of Education, Zagazig University.The aim of the research was to put a proposed perspective to Enhance the Institutional Sustainability of Egyptian Universities in Light of Organizational Hybridization.The researcher used the Descriptive method which suits.The study nature and reached some results like:Organizational hybridization increases the ability to generate effective results for universities, including making universities more sustainable, resilient, and innovative.Organizational hybridity achieves multiple and contradictory sustainability goals at the same time. Without hybridization, universities will move towards achieving only homogeneous goals.Organizational hybridity is one of the organizational means of confronting the tensions arising from the contradiction of forms, identities or logics in the future in order to achieve more sustainability.Hybrid forms have emerged within universities, in response to the pluralistic university environment and institutional complexity.The multiplicity of identities within hybrid universities leads to the emergence of a new identity.
