هدف البحث تعرف فاعلية استخدام المدخل البيئى لتنمية المفاهيم الجغرافية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدارس النيل المصرية الدولية من خلال تطبيقه على عينة من المتعلمين عددها (30 ) من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدارس النيل المصرية  الدولية بالعبور، باستخدام التصميم التجريبى ذو القياس القبلى والبعدى، وتطبيق الأدوات البحثية التالية : وحدة مُعاد صياغتها باستخدام المدخل البيئى تم تدريسها للمجموعة التجريبية ، تطبيق اختبار مفاهيم جغرافية قبليًا وبعديًا لقياس وعى المتعلمين ببعض المفاهيم الجغرافية  التى تضمنتها  قائمة المفاهيم التى تم إعدادها بعد تحليل محتوى الوحدة التجريبية، حيث كشفت نتائج البحث فاعلية المدخل البيئى فى تنمية المفاهيم الجغرافية ، وأوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام باستخدام المدخل البيئى لتنمية المفاهيم الجغرافية لحل المشكلات المرتبطة بتعلمها وتنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو المفاهيم بشكل عام والمفاهيم الجغرافية بشكل خاص. Research aim Recognition effectiveness of using the environmental approach to grow concepts , among high school NES students through applying this program on a specimen of learners (30) from high school NES students in obour branch. using an experimental design with pre and post measurements and applying the following research tools:  A remodeled unit using the environmental approach and it was taught to the experimental group. The application of a pre and post test for geographical concepts mentioned in the concepts list prepared after analyzing the experimental unit. Results revealed the effectiveness of using the environmental approach to grow the geographical concepts. The research recommends using the environmental approach to grow the geographical concepts to resolve problems related to teaching them and recommend growing positive inclinations towards concepts generally and geographical concepts specifically
