هدف البحث إلى تقويم أداء معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء أبعاد الثقافة القانونية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث أعدت الباحثة قائمة بأبعاد الثقافة القانونية وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء أبعاد الثقافة القانونية، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (12) معلم ومعلمة لمادة الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الابتدائية الذين يعملون بإدارة المعصرة التعليمية، وأوضحت نتائج البحث انخفاض مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الابتدائية لأبعاد الثقافة القانونية، وفي ضوء ذلك تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات، والبحوث المقترحة. The research aimed at evaluating the teaching performance of the social – studies¢ teachers at the primary stage in the light of legal culture, to achieve the aim of the research, the researcher prepared alist of dimensions of legal culture  and an observation checklist for observing the teachers¢ performance of the social – studies¢ teachers at the primary stage. The sample included (12) male and female social studies teachers who work at Al Maasara  Educational Administration. The results of the research showed a low level of teaching performance for social studies teachers in light of the dimensions of legal culture.Some recommendations and suggestions were made according to the research results.
