The study aimed to identify the services of decent Life projects in the following aspects (health, education, infrastructure, rural women), determine the respondents' benefits from them in the village, and determine the extent of their satisfaction with them in the village. The study was conducted in the village of Naza Qarrar in Manfalut town, Assiut Governorate, and the total sample of the study was 390 respondents in the selected village.
The data was collected through a personal interview using a questionnaire form, and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data of this study using frequencies, percentages, and weighted averages. The results showed the effectiveness of the presidential initiative in improving the level of health services through developing the health facility in the village, obtaining the health services that the people need, and helping them benefit from conducting examinations and checkups for chronic diseases, its effectiveness in improving the level of educational services through renovating classrooms and buildings, and educating families about the dangers of dropping out of school, and its effectiveness in implementing infrastructure projects through paving roads, improving the efficiency of the communication network, lining canals, and providing potable water. The study recommends prioritizing the Egyptian countryside in achieving community development, focusing on social services that are part of the activities and projects of the presidential initiatives, and continuously announcing the initiative's programs and services.
