هذا البحث بعنوان ""ثراء المعنى القرآني في ضوء انفرادات الإمام أبي جعفر المدني عن سائر القراء العشرة جمعا ودراسة"، وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة وتمهيد فيه ترجمة موجزة لأبي جعفر المدني، ومبحثين أحدهما عن قراءة أبي جعفر المدني تواترها، وانفراداتها عن سائر القراءات العشر، والمبحث الثاني: دراسة انفرادات أبي جعفر المدني التي لها أثر في ثراء المعنى الأصلي وهي خمسة عشر موضعا مرتبة بحسب ترتيب المصحف. وقد قام هذا البحث على استقراء انفرادات أبي جعفر استقراءًا تاما، وإلحاق ما يتعلق بثراء المعنى الأصلي، وتكاثر الوجوه التفسيرية في الدراسة التحليلية، والتنبيه على ما لا يدخل فيها مع بيان أوجه الإفادة من الانفرادات في المجالات الأخرى إجمالا،  والعناية  ببيان أنواع الاختلاف الواقعة بين انفرادات أبي جعفر، وبقية القراءات العشر، وإبراز صورها مشفوعة بأمثلتها، وذكر تحريرات مفيدة.
ومن نتائج هذا البحث بيان أن ثراء المعنى الأصلي في ضوء انفرادات أبي جعفر له صور أبرزها ترجيح أحد المعاني المحتملة في القراءات الأخرى، وتوسيع المعنى، وتكثير الأوجه التفسيرية، وإضافة معنى جديـد، وتعيين المقدر ومكانه في القراءات الأخرى.      
 “ This research is entitled The Richness of Quranic Meaning in Light of Imam Abu Jaafar Al-Madani's among the remaining ten reciters; Individual uniqueness and  studying Together".I divided it into an introduction and a preface containing  brief translation of Abu Jaafar al-Madani, and two sections, one of which is about Abu Jaafar al-Madani's recitation, its frequency, and its differences from the rest of the ten recitations, and the second topic: study of Abu Jaafar Al-Madani's idiosyncrasies that have an impact on the richness of the original meaning, which are fifteen places arranged according to the order of the Qur'an. This research was based on a complete extrapolation of Abu Jaafar's idioms, including what is related to the richness of the original meaning, and the multiplication of interpretive aspects in the analytical study, and alerting to what is not included in them, while explaining the ways in which the idioms can be used in other fields in general, and taking care to explain the types of differences that occur between the idioms. Abi Jaafar, and the rest of the ten readings, highlighting their pictures accompanied by their examples, and mentioning useful edits.
