1 - جوهر عمليَّة الذكاء الاصطناعي هو: استخدام التَّقنيَّة التي تحاكي تصرُّفات الإنسان مثل القدرة على جمع وتنسيق البيانات، التعليل، واستخلاص النتائج .
2 - علاقة الموضوع بتخصص الفقه وأصوله: توظيف الاختراعات والاكتشافات والأنظمة التي تحاكي القدرات البشرية في برامج العمل الخيري، وذلك بقيام المستفيد بخطوات محددة.
3 – الذكاء الاصطناعي له عدة أنواع، وكل نوع له حكمه الذي يختلف فيه عن الآخر.
