قد خلق الله - سبحانه وتعالى - الإنسان في أحسن هيئة، وطلب منه المحافظة على هذه الهيئة، والتجمل والتزين بالصورة المشروعة في كل موضع، وخاصة عند دخول المسجد وبين يدي رب العالمين، ولكن قد يصاب الإنسان بمرض من الأمراض التي تؤثر على شكله، وعلى وجه الأخص شعره، فيفقده بشكل كامل أو لا ينمو، وهو أمر مستقبح تنفر منه النفس ولا تتقبله وتعتبره عيبا من العيوب وخاصة في حق الزوجة بعد الزواج فيسعى هذا الإنسان إلى وجود حل لهذه المشكلة ووجود بديل، لذلك ومع التطور الهائل في مجال الأبحاث الطبية و سعي العلماء لإيجاد حلول لكافة المشاكل الطبية التي قد تؤثر على الإنسان داخليا أو خارجيا , معنويا أو ماديا فقد توصل العلماء من خلال الأبحاث الطبية الحديثة إلى اكتشاف "الباروكة الطبية" كبديل للشعر الطبيعي، ولما كان هذا الاكتشاف من الأمور المستحدثة، فقد تطلب الموقف التعريف بالباروكة الطبية واستخداماتها وبيان مميزاتها وعيوبها, وبيان حكمها، وحكم الشعر المستخدم فيها، وما يترتب على ارتداء هذه الباروكة من أحكام لتأكيد مرونة و يسر الشريعة الإسلامية و كونها صالحة لكل زمان ومكان . Allah - Glory be to Him - created humans in the best form and commanded them to maintain this form, beautify themselves, and adorn themselves in a lawful manner, especially when entering the mosque and standing before the Lord of the Worlds. However, a person may suffer from a disease that affects their appearance, particularly their hair, causing complete loss or preventing growth. This is an undesirable condition that people reject and consider a defect, especially in the case of a wife after marriage. Consequently, individuals seek solutions and alternatives to this problem. With the tremendous advancements in medical research and scientists' efforts to find solutions to all medical issues affecting humans—both internally and externally, emotionally and physically—modern medical research has led to the discovery of the "medical wig" as a substitute for natural hair. Since this discovery is a new development, it necessitates defining the medical wig, its uses, advantages, and disadvantages, as well as determining its ruling, the ruling on the hair used in it, and the legal implications of wearing such a wig. This confirms the flexibility and ease of Islamic Sharia and its applicability to all times and places.
