يهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على منهج بحثي في عنصر من عناصر البحث الأصولي ألا وهو: تصوير المسائل الأصولية، وعرض طرائقهم فيه؛ إذ لم أجد من اعتنى بإفراد هذا العنصر بالدراسة بالتأصيل والتطبيق والتحليل، ومن المعلوم أن هذا العنصر من أهم العناصر التي حرص الأصوليون عليها، والتي لا يمكن حصرها إلا عن دراسة وبحث وتنقيب في بطون الكتب الأصولية، وقد رأيت: أنَّ تخصيص هذا البحث بمذهب معين - لا سيما في التطبيق -: سوف يساعد على إتقانه وتجليته بدقة؛ ولذلك جعلت مذهب الحنابلة نموذجًا للدراسة، ومجالاً في التطبيق، واشتمل البحث على بيان حقيقة التصوير؛ وهي: «توضيح حقيقة المسألة الأصولية توضيحًا دقيقًا في ذه الناظر، وتمييزُها عن غيرها عند الاشتباه»، وغايته؛ وهي: توظيف الإدراك الدقيق للمسألة الأصولية توظيفًا صحيحًا، وفوائده؛ وأهمها: أَمْنُ الخطأ في التفريع والتمثيل للقاعدة الأصولية، وفيه: ذكر الأصول والمرتكزات التي استند عليها وهذه الأصول -بحسب ما ظهر لي- ثلاثة: اللغة العربية، والأحكام الشرعيَّة، والاستقراء، وفيه: المسالك التي انتهجها العلماء في تصوير المسائل الأصولية؛ كالتمثيل، وترجمة المسائل، والحد، وتحرير محل النزاع، وخلص البحث بجملة من النتائج؛ من أهمها: أن المذهب الحنبلي اتفق مع غيره من المذاهب الفقهية في كثير من المسائل الأصولية في تصويرها وتوضيحها، وربما اختلف معه في التفريع لاختلاف المذهب فقط.
This research aims to explore a research methodology within a component of fundamental studies, namely: depiction of fundamental issues and the methods scholars adopted in this regard. I found no dedicated study that focuses on this element through establishment, application, and analysis. It is well known that this component is one of the most important aspects that fundamentalists have emphasized, and it cannot be fully grasped without extensive research in fundamental jurisprudence books. I found that dedicating this research to a specific school—especially in application—would aid in mastering and accurately presenting it. Thus, I selected the Hanbali school as a model for this study. The research includes an explanation of the essence of depiction, which is: Clarifying the fundamental issue accurately in the mind of the observer and distinguishing it from similar ones in cases of ambiguity. It also covers its purpose, which is: Employing precise understanding of fundamental issues correctly. Among its benefits, the most important is: Avoiding errors in deriving and exemplifying fundamental principles. The study outlines the sources and foundations upon which depiction relies, which, according to my findings, are three: The Arabic language. Sharia rulings. Induction (Istiqra'). Additionally, it discusses the methods scholars used in depicting fundamental issues, such as exemplification, translating issues, defining, and clarifying the point of dispute. The research concludes with several findings, the most important of which is that the Hanbali school aligns with other jurisprudential schools in many fundamental issues regarding depiction and clarification, though they may differ in derivation due to school-specific differences.
