شهدت مصر العديد من التغيرات السياسية، الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، ذلك الأمر الذي جعل منظمات المجتمع المدني المصري مرت بالعديد من المراحل، وواجهت تحديات متعددة، ولكن في الوقت نفسه عكست تلك التحديات الدور الذي لعبته منظمات المجتمع المدني في ترجمة التطلعات الاجتماعية والسياسية للشعب المصري، لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تطور منظمات المجتمع المدني في مصر في الفترة من (2023:2013).
     وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومن أبرزها أن في الفترة قبل ثورة 30 يونيو 2013 اتسمت العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع المدني في مصر بالتوتر، وتجلى اهتمام الدولة المصرية المتزايد بدعم وتعزيز دور المجتمع المدني.
Egypt has witnessed many political, economic, and social changes, which made Egyptian civil society organizations go through many stages and face multiple challenges, but at the same time, these challenges reflected the role played by civil society organizations in translating the social and political aspirations of the Egyptian people, so this study aimed to analyze the development of civil society organizations in Egypt in the period from)2013:2023).
       The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is that in the period before the June 30, 2013 revolution, the relationship between the state and civil society in Egypt was characterized by tension, and the Egyptian state's increasing interest in supporting and strengthening the role of civil society was evident.
