يتناول هذا البحث موضوعا مهما هو "المراقبة الأبوية في ظل الجرائم الإلكترونية دراسة فقهية" خاصة في وقتنا الحالي المليء بانتشار الجرائم بأنواعها عبر مواقع الإنترنت غير المعروفة لدى الكثير على سبيل المثال(الدارك ويب وغيرها)؛ ومما يثير الغرابة أن الذين يقومون بهذه الجرائم هم شباب في مراحل عمرية صغيرة، وإن دل هذا فإنما يدل على غياب المراقبة الأبوية؛ وقد تضمن هذا الموضوع المقصود من المراقبة، والفرق بينها وبين الألفاظ المشابهة من الرعاية، والتجسس، والفضول، والحماية، والتتبع، كما تناول البحث الحكم الفقهي لمراقبة الأبناء، وضوابط المراقبة، ومن له الحق بالمراقبة، وأنماط المراقبة قديمًا وحديثًا، والخاضعين للمراقبة، ونماذج للجرائم الالكترونية، ومسئولية الأضرار الناشئة عن عدم المراقبة. وفي خاتمة البحث أوصيت بما يأتي: التوعية بأهمية المراقبة وخاصة في ظل التكنولوجيا الحديثة. وضع القوانين والتشريعات التي تجرم الدخول على المواقع المحظورة. التنديد عبر وسائل الإعلام بصفة مستمرة بأخطار المواقع الالكترونية . بث الروح الأخلاقية للشباب والدعوة إلى العمل و الإنتاج. التحذير من مضاهاة الآخرين والاقتداء بهم خاصة رفقاء السوء. Abstract: This research aims at an important topic, which is "Parental Monitoring in Light of Cybercrimes: A Jurisprudential Study", especially in our current time, which is full of the spread of crimes of all kinds through websites that are unknown to many, for example (the dark web and others) and what is strange is that those who commit these crimes are young people in young ages, and if this indicates anything, it indicates the absence of parental monitoring This topic included the intended meaning of monitoring, and the difference between it and similar terms such as care, spying, curiosity, protection, and tracking. The research also addressed the jurisprudential ruling on monitoring children, the controls of monitoring, who has the right to monitor, types of monitoring in the past and present, those subject to monitoring, models of electronic crimes, and responsibility for damages resulting from lack .of monitoring :In conclusion, I recommended the following Raising awareness of the importance of monitoring .especially in light of modern technology Establishing laws and legislation that criminalize access to banned sites Continuously denouncing the dangers of websites through the media. Instilling moral spirit among youth and calling for work and .production Warning against imitating others and copying them .especially bad companions.
