ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: 
   
         بالرغم من الجهود الاقليمية والدولية في مجال رعاية الطفولة والدفاع عن حقوقهم الا ان هناك العديد من الاطفال مازالت تعاني من الحرمان والاستغلال وتعيش في ظروف قاسية وصعبة وغير مرضية, وهم ما يطلق عليهم (الطفل العامل) باعتباره معرضا للخطر, وهي ظاهرة تعبر عن مأساة انسانية في القرن الحادي والعشرون, وهي كظاهرة اجتماعية تعبر عن وصمة عار في عصر التنمية والتطور التكنولوجي, وعن قنابل موقوته يمكن ان تدمر الشعوب في اي وقت باعتبارها اساس العديد من المشكلات الخطيرة كالإدمان والسرقة والارهاب والقتل.
   وحيث ان الجمعيات الاهلية تواجهها العديد من المعوقات والعراقيل كما وضحتها واشارت اليها الدراسات السابقة وايضا دراسة تقدير الموقف التي قام بها الباحث منها" نظرة المجتمع السلبية الى الطفل العامل بانه لا رجاء منه وضعف التعاون بين اسر الاطفال واعضاء الجمعيات الاهلية وضعف وعي  الاسر بالخدمات التي تقدمها تلك الجمعيات باعتبارها شريكا اساسيا في مجابهة المشكلات المجتمعية.
     لذا فان الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية تستطيع بما تمتلك من أدوات, ومداخل, واستراتيجيات, وتكنيكيات, أن تسهم بقدر كبير في التغلب علي المعوقات التي تواجه الجمعيات الاهلية في الدفاع عن حقوق الطفل العامل, وعلى ذلك فقد تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في: (رؤية مستقبلية من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية للتغلب علي المعوقات التي تواجه الجمعيات الاهلية في الدفاع عن حقوق الطفل العامل)

- Summary of the study in Arabic:
Despite regional and international efforts in the field of child care and defending their rights, there are many Children still suffer from deprivation and exploitation and live in harsh, difficult and unsatisfactory conditions. They are what is called (the working child) because they are at risk, a phenomenon that expresses a human tragedy in the twenty-first century. As a social phenomenon, it expresses a stigma in the era of development and time bombs that can destroy people in any time as it is the basis of many serious problems such as addiction, theft, terrorism and murder. Whereas civil society organizations face many obstacles, as explained and indicated by previous studies, as well as an attitude assessment study conducted by the researcher, including “society's negative view of the working child as having no hope for him."
Weak cooperation between children's families and members of civil society organizations, and poor awareness of families about the services provided by these associations as they are an essential partner in confronting societal problems. Therefore, the general practice of social work, with the tools, approaches, strategies and techniques it possesses, can contribute greatly to overcoming the obstacles facing civil society organizations the rights of the working child. Accordingly, the problem of the study was defined in: (a future vision from the perspective of the generalist practice of social service to overcome the obstacles facing civil society organizations in defending the rights of the working child)
