Abstract
    This paper[i] presents publishing three Coptic potsherds mentioned by Crum in his book “Short Texts from Coptic Ostraka and Papyri" and printed in 1921 where he presented only the Coptic transcription without any translation or commentary. For that it is important to study these texts especially there are only short notes about them. They represent a debt contract kept in Bodleian library at Oxford and two Coptic letters one of them is kept in the Metropolitan Museum of Art at New York and the other being from the Crum's collection. These three texts are mentioning foodstuffs.  I obtained permission for taking photo and studying the ostrakon from New York during my post-doctoral grant there. I couldn't reach the photos of the first and third ostraka here.

يقدم هذا البحث نشر ثلاثة قطع من الشقافة القبطية على فخار ، ذكرها كرام Crum  في كتابه "نصوص قصيرة من الشقافات والبرديات القبطية" المطبوع عام 1921 حيث قدم فقط القراءة القبطية للنصوص دون تقديم أي ترجمة لها أو تعليق عليها . لذلك كان يجب دراسة هذه النصوص  الهامة خاصة أنها لا تحتوي إلا على ملاحظة قصيرة جدًا تخص موضوعاتها. وهناك فقط محاولة لترجمة جزء صغير من النص الثالث  قام بها كرام في كتاب اخر والنصوص محل البحث تمثل عقد دين محفوظ في مكتبة بودليان في أكسفورد، ورسالتين قبطيتين إحداهما محفوظة في متحف المتروبوليتان للفنون في نيويورك  والأخرى من مجموعة الناشر  نفسه. وموضوع هذه النصوص الثلاثة يتعلق ببعض المواد الغذائية لاسيما الحبوب والنبيذ . تم انجاز هذا البحث في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية مع السماح بتصوير ونشر الاوستراكون من نيويورك اثناء  زيارتي في منحة ابحاث ما بعد الدكتوراة صيف عام 2024. ولكنني لم اتمكن من الحصول على صورتي الاوستراكتين الأولى والثالثة في هذا البحث.
