ملخص البحث

وبعد: أتحدث في هذا البحث عن:
تعريف الشحم، وتركيبه، وأهميته، واستعمال شحوم الحيوانات في الصناعات الغذائية، ومنها: (الجيلاتين (الهلام) المستخرج من البقر والغنم والخنزير، و(الببسين) الجبن المتخذة من إنفحة الخنزير). استعمال شحوم الحيوانات في الصناعات الدوائية، وذلك مثل: (الأدوية المشتملة على الجيلاتين المتخذ من الخنزير، والأدوية المشتملة على الهيبارين المتخذ من الحيوانات).
الخاتمة: وفيها أقوم بتلخيص أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها من خلال دراسة هذا الموضوع.

Definition of grease, its composition, and its importance. Animal fat in terms of purity and impurity. The use of animal fats in the food industry, including: (gelatin (jelly) extracted from cows, sheep, and pigs, and pepsin (cheese made from pork rennet).
The use of animal fats in the pharmaceutical industry, such as: medicines containing gelatin taken from pigs, and medicines containing heparin taken from animals.
Conclusion: In it, I summarize the most important findings and recommendations that l reached through studying this topic.
