انتشرت ظاهرة التبليغ خلف الإمام في المساجد رغم توافر مكبرات الصوت، ووضوح صوت الإمام وضوحاً يغني عن صوت المبلغ، ولم يعد اتساع المساجد ، وكثرة عدد المصلين ، وانتشارهم خارجها ذا تأثير على سماع صوت الإمام، ولم تعد الحاجة إلى التبليغ ملحة لاسيما مع وجود تلك المكبرات . وإذا كان التبليغ شرع في الأصل لحاجه الإسماع فإن ما يقوم به المبلغون في عصرنا هذا قد تجاوز – في معظمه - قدر هذه الحاجة، فضلاً عن انتشار أخطائهم. وهي مسألة لها معايير وضوابط شرعية نظراً لتعلقها بركن من أركان الإسلام. حيث تساهم الممارسات الخاطئة والمتزايدة للمبلغين خلف الأئمة في التشويش على المصلين وعلى مقدار خشوعهم وصحة صلاتهم، والسياسات والإجراءات الحالية غير كافية وتتطلب تطويرًا شاملًا لضبط هذا الأمر مراعاة لحرمة دور العبادة، وحقوق المصليين.
Abstract
The phenomenon of reporting behind the imam has spread in mosques despite the availability of loudspeakers, and the clarity of the imam's voice is so clear that it replaces the voice of the preacher. The expansion of the mosques, the large number of worshipers, and their spread outside them no longer have an impact on hearing the imam's voice, and the need for reporting is no longer urgent, especially with the presence of these loudspeakers. . If reporting was originally prescribed for the need to be heard, then what informers do in our time has - for the most part - exceeded this need, in addition to the spread of their mistakes.
