هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم نموذج مقترح لتقييم جودة ممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال، مستندًا إلى معايير المعلمين في هذه المرحلة. اعتمد الباحثون على منهج دلفي، مستخدمين استمارة الخبراء كأداة للدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى 101 مؤشرًا يسهم في قياس جودة ممارسات المعلمة، وأوصت بتوظيف هذا النموذج لتطوير ممارسات معلمات الطفولة المبكرة، بالإضافة إلى إجراء دراسات مستقبلية حول فعالية استخدام التقييم الذاتي للمعلمة في تحسين جودة ممارساتها.   The study aimed to design a proposed model for evaluating the quality of kindergarten teacher's practices, guided by the standards of kindergarten teachers, and the researchers used the Delphi method, relying on the expert form as a tool for the study. The study found 101 indicators that contribute to measuring the quality of the teacher's practices, and recommended employing the model for development of the practices of early childhood teachers, and conducting future studies on the effectiveness of using the teacher's self-evaluation in improving the quality of her practices.
