هدفت الدراسة معرفة العلاقة بين الابتكار الاجتماعي والتنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية من خلال آليات تطبيق الابتكار الاجتماعي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وأبعاد الابتكار الاجتماعي وأهميته وأدواته في تحسين عمل وجودة الخدمات المقدمة من قبل المؤسسات الاجتماعية، والوقوف على دور هذه المؤسسات في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبيان على عينة قوامها (350) مفردة من العاملين بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية في دولة الإمارات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التعاون والشراكات مع كافة القطاعات بالمجتمع من أكثر الآليات شيوعاً في تطبيق الابتكار الاجتماعي، وأبرز أبعاد الابتكار الاجتماعي هي التغيير الاجتماعي، وتلبية احتياجات المجتمع وتعزيز الشراكات لتبادل المعرفة والموارد يحقق التنمية المستدامة.الكلمات المفتاحية: الابتكار الاجتماعي، التنمية المستدامة، المؤسسات الاجتماعية.The study aimed to identify the relationship between social innovation and sustainable development in social institutions through the mechanisms of applying social innovation to achieve sustainable development, the dimensions of social innovation, its importance and tools in improving the work and quality of services provided by social institutions, and identifying the role of these institutions in achieving sustainable development. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and used a questionnaire on a sample of (350) individuals working in social institutions in the UAE. The study concluded that cooperation and partnerships with all sectors of society are among the most common mechanisms in applying social innovation, and the most prominent dimensions of social innovation are social change, meeting the needs of society and strengthening partnerships to exchange knowledge and resources to achieve sustainable development.
