تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقييم وتحليل الوضع الراهن لللكفاءة المكانية بمراكز الشرطة في دولة الإمارات ومدى ملائمه هذه الخدمات لخدمة سكان الدولة، بالتقليل من اثارها السلبية ومحاولة الوصول الى المواقع المثلي، وذلك للوصول الى رفع الكفاءة المكانية للخدمات الأمنية التي تلبي حاجات السكان في الوقت الراهن ومستقبلاً مع مقترح بنموذج يحدد الحدود الجغرافية لمراكز الشرطة المستقبلية، وكشفت النتائج ان الوضع الراهن بتوزيع الخدمة الأمنية في دولة الإمارات لا يحقق الكفاءة المكانية التي تخدم المناطق ذات الكثافة السكانية المرتفعة في منطقه الدراسة؛ اذ اتخذ نمط التوزيع المكاني لمراكز الشرطة في الإمارات نمط التوزيع العشوائي المبني على الصدفة اتخاذ مواقعها الحالية، ولقد أوصت الدراسة بإعادة توزيع مراكز الشرطة وانشائها في دولة الإمارات التي يبلغ عددها 86 مركزاً للشرطة يمكنها من تغطيه جميع مناطق الدراسة داخل الدولة، التي تشهد كثافة سكانيه مرتفعة وتوسعه ناحيتها داخل النطاق الحضري في السنوات الأخيرة.
This study aims to evaluate and analyze the current situation of spatial efficiency in police stations in the UAE and the suitability of these services to serve the population of the country, by minimizing their negative effects and trying to reach optimal locations, in order to raise the standard of living and raise the spatial efficiency of security services that meet the needs of the population at the present time. In the future, with a proposal for a model that determines the geographical boundaries of future police stations, the results revealed that the current situation in the distribution of security services in the UAE does not achieve spatial efficiency in serving areas with high population density in the study area. The pattern of spatial distribution of police stations in the Emirates took the pattern of random distribution based on chance, taking their current locations. The study recommended redistributing and establishing police stations in the Emirates, which number 86 police stations, enabling them to cover all study areas within the country, which is witnessing a high population density. It has expanded within the urban area in recent years
