الملخص:
        كرس الاتحاد السوفيتى سياسته الخارجية فى مرحلة ما بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية  لتحقيق هدفين هما: السعى للحيلولة دون وصول التأثير الغربى إلى وسط وشرق أوروبا، لابعاد المنطقة  عن الدعاية الغربية المضادة للفكر الشيوعى أو الاشتراكى. والانخراط فى جهد يصل لتبنى حركات التحرير الوطنى من رق الاستعمار الغربى، وكسب الدول المستقلة إلى جانبه.
        ومما لا شك فيه أن بلغاريا أصبحت تدور فى فلك الاتحاد السوفيتى بعد سيطرة الشيوعيين على نظام الحكم، وذلك بمساندة  الاتحاد السوفيتى  لهم  ودعم الاقتصاد البلغارى،  فتم  توطيد العلاقات البلغارية السوفيتية على أساس الدعوة الى نبذ القوة فى تسوية النزاعات، واللجوء الى الحلول السلمية، وهنا أصبحت بلغاريا جزءا من الكتلة الشرقية.
Abestract:
The soviet Union devoted it's Foreign policy in the post – world war II era to two goals : seeking to block western influence From reaching central and Eastern Europe in order to distance the region From Western anti – Communist propaganda , and engaging in an effort to embrace national Liberation movements from western colonial slavery and gain independent states on it's side.
Undoubtedly , after the communist takeover of the soviet Union , Bulgaria become part of the soviet Union with the support of the Bulgarian ecomomy , and relations between Bulgaria and the soviet Union were strengthened on the basis of calls for the renunciation of power in the settlement of disputes and for peaceful solutions .
