* الملخص:       إن الإستثمار الجيد للعنصر البشري في الجامعات يحتم عليها الإعتماد علي التخطيط و التدريب المستمر للجهاز الإداري ليكون قادراً علي القيام بمهام التخطيط بفاعلية، وقد قامت إدارة رعاية الشباب المركزية بجامعة أسيوط بتكليف مهام التخطيط للأنشطة الطلابية إلي الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين العاملين بها مما يتطلب الاهتمام بتزويدهم بالمهارات والكفايات التخطيطية اللازمة لنجاحهم في أداء مهامهم ، ولذلك استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد الكفايات التخطيطية الواجب توافرها لدى الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعـات الأنشطة الطلابية ، وطبقت الدراسة صحيفة الإستبيان على عينة من الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين وعددهم 78 أخصائي بإدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة أسيوط ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد قائمة الكفايات التخطيطية الواجب توافرها لدى الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعـات الأنشطة الطلابية والتي تضمنت: كفايات معرفية عن عملية التخطيط ، وضع خطة الأنشطة الطلابية، تنفيذ خطة الأنشطة الطلابية و تقويم خطة الأنشطة الطلابية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفايات التخطيطية، الأنشطة الطلابية، الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين، إدارات رعاية الشباب الجامعي.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Summary: *      Good investment in the human element in universities requires them to rely on planning and continuous training for the administrative apparatus to be able to carry out planning tasks effectively. The Central Youth Care Department at Assiut University has assigned the tasks of planning student activities to the social workers working there, which requires attention to providing them with planning skills and competencies. Necessary for their success in performing their tasks. Therefore, the current study seeks to determine the planning competencies that must be possessed by social workers working with student activity groups. The study applied the questionnaire sheet to a sample of social workers, numbering 78 worker in the youth care departments at Assiut University, and the study arrived at identifying a list of planning competencies. Social workers working with student activity groups must have these skills, which include knowledge competencies about the planning process, developing a student activities plan, implementing the student activities plan, and evaluating the student activities plan.                                                            Key Words: Planning Competencies, Student Activities, Social Workers, University Youth Care Departments.
