هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس كفاءة المواجهة لدى عينة من أعضاء هيئة تدريس الكليات الصحية بالضفة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (295) عضواً وعضوة من أعضاء هيئة تدريس الكليات الصحية بالضفة، وتراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين (25-60) سنة بمتوسط عمر زمني قدره (43.45) سنة, وانحراف معياري بلغ (11.53)، وقام الباحثين بحساب الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس عن طريق التحليل العاملي التوكيدي لحساب الصدق، وتم استخدام طريقة ألفا كرونباخ لحساب قيمة الثبات، وتم حساب الاتساق الداخلي بإيجاد معامل الارتباط بين درجة كل عبارة والدرجة الكلية للبعد الذي تنتمي إليه، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مقياس كفاءة المواجهة لدى أعضاء هيئة تدريس الكليات الصحية بالضفة يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات، ويتوافر فيه الخصائص السيكومترية المناسبة، وهو صالح في أغراض البحث العلمي. The current study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the psychological resilience scale, among a sample of health college faculty members in the West Bank. The study sample consisted of (295) male and female members of the health college faculty in the West Bank, and their ages ranged between (25-60) years with an average age of (43.45) years, and a standard deviation of (11.53),. The researcher calculated the psychometric properties of the scale by means of confirmatory factor analysis to calculate the validity, and Cronbach's alpha method was used to calculate the reliability value, and the internal consistency was calculated by finding the correlation coefficient between the degree of each statement and the total degree of the sub-dimension to which it belongs Psychometric terms.The study concluded that the psychological resilience scale among faculty members of health colleges in the West Bank has a high degree of validity and reliability, meets the psychometric properties, and is valid for scientific research purposes. psychological resilience -  faculty members of health colleges.
