هدف البحث إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس المناعة النفسية لدى مرشدي المدارس الحكومية في قطاع غزة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (134) مرشد ومرشدة(51 ذكر،83 أنثى)  وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (21-60) بمتوسط عمري قدره (35.43) وانحراف معياري قدره (6.65)، وللتحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس استخدم الباحثون الصدق العاملي للمقياس لحساب الصدق ، و الفا كرونباخ لحساب ثبات المقياس ، وتم حساب الاتساق الداخلي وذلك بإيجاد معامل الارتباط بين درجة كل عبارة والدرجة الكلية للبعد الفرعي الذي تنتمي إليه، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مقياس المناعة النفسية لدى مرشدي المدارس الحكومية في قطاع غزة يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات ، ويتوافر فيه الشروط السيكومترية ، وهو صالح في أغراض البحث العلمي . The study aimed to verify the psychometric characteristics of the psychological immunity scale of Government's school counselors in Gaza Strip, the sample of the study consisted of (134) counselors (51) male and (83) female counselors and ages 21-60 with an average age of (35.43), standard deviation of (6.65). and the researchers calculated the scale's psychometric properties by analyzing the scale's working honesty to calculate honesty, The use of alpha-Cronbach method to calculate scale stability, and internal consistency has been calculated by establishing the correlation factor between each phrase's degree and the overall degree of the sub-dimension to which it belongs, The study found that the psychological immunity scale of governmental school counselors in Gaza Strip has a high degree of validity and reliability . scientific research ", which meets psychometric requirements and is valid for scientific research purposes.
