يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير إستخدام الخرائط الذهنية الرقمية علي بعض المهارات داخل درس التربية الرياضية ( تعلم شكل الأداء القني لبعض مهارات الجمباز )لطالبات المرحلة الإعدادية.
استخدم الباحثين المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته مع أهداف وطبيعة البحث وذلك باستخدام التصميم التجريبي لمجموعتين أحدهما (تجريبية) والأخرى (ضابطة) وتستخدم الطريقة المتبعة بتطبيق القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعتين.
و تم إختيار مجتمع البحث من تلاميذ الصف الأول بالمرحلة الإعدادية بمدرسة قونة الإعدادية المشتركة بمركز قلين بمحافظة كفر الشيخ والمسجلين بالمدرسة بالكشوفات الرسمية وذلك للعام الدراسي 2023م/2024م وبلغ عددهم (100) تلميذة , اما عينة البحث تم اختيارها بالطريقة العمدية وكان عددهم (40) تلميذ من تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية بمدرسة قونة الإعدادية المشتركة بمركز قلين بمحافظة كفر الشيخ والمسجلين بالمدرسة بالكشوفات الرسمية وذلك للعام الدراسي 2023م/2024م للدراسة الأساسية ، و تم توزيعهم كالتالي عدد (20) تلميذه للمجموعة التجريبية، عدد (20) تلميذه للمجموعة الضابطة، وعدد (20) تلميذه من خارج العينة الأساسية للعينه الاستطلاعية لإجراء معاملات الصدق والثبات لاستمارة شكل الأداء الفني لمهارات الجمباز .
 وكانت اهم النتائج ان الوحدات التعليمية باستخدام الخرائط الذهنية الرقمية حققت فاعلية كبيرة على شكل الأداء الفني لمهارات الجمباز قيد البحث لتلاميذ الحلقة الاولي من التعليم الأساسي عن البرنامج التقليدي "The research aims to identify the impact of using digital mind maps on certain skills within the physical education lesson (learning the technical performance form of some gymnastics skills) for middle school girls. The researchers used the experimental method to align with the objectives and nature of the research, employing the experimental design of two groups: one experimental and one control group, using the pre- and post-measurements for both groups. The research population was selected from first-year middle school students at Qona Preparatory School in Qaleen Center, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, registered in the school's official records for the 2023/2024 academic year, with a total of 100 students. The research sample was deliberately chosen, consisting of 40 students from Qona Preparatory School, Qaleen Center, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, registered in the school's official records for the 2023/2024 academic year, for the main study. They were distributed as follows: 20 students in the experimental group, 20 students in the control group, and 20 students from outside the main sample for the exploratory sample to conduct validity and reliability measures for the technical performance form of gymnastics skills. The most important results were that the educational units using digital mind maps achieved significant effectiveness on the technical performance form of the gymnastics skills under study for first-year basic education students compared to the traditional program."
