أن دور الجامعات المصرية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها يمكن التعرف عليه من خلال الوقوف على دور كل من عضو هيئة التدريس والمناهج، والأنشطة، والإدارة الجامعية في تحقيق ذلك الأمن، باعتبار أن تلك العناصر من أهم عناصر منظومة التعليم الجامعي وأنه يمكن أن يساهم القادة الاكاديميين في تعزيز الامن الفكري من خلال قيامهم بتوجيه أعضاء هيئة التدريس على ربط المحتوى التعليمي بواقع المجتمع الفكري، والسماح لاعضاء هيئة التدريس بالتعبير عن أفكارهم واتجاهاتهم بحرية بدون تجاوز للاعراف والتقاليد الجامعية، كما يمكن أن يتم ذلك من خلال الاهتمام بتوفير كتب ومصادر ذات علاقة بالامن الفكري في مكتبة الكلية، وتوجيه المجلات والصحف الصادرة عن الكلية بالاهتمام بنشر مواضيع خاصة بالامن الفكري،يهدف البحث الى التعرف على معوقات تحقيق الامن الفكرى لكليات التربية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية ، ولقد إستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفى بإسلوب الدراسات المسحية ، وقد تم تطبيق البحث على عينة قوامها (340) مفردة من بعض بعض نواب رؤساء الجامعات ومنسقى الانشطة الطلابية بالجامعات والعمداء ووكلاء الكليات ومنسقى الانشطة الطلابية بالكليات واعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة ، وعلى عينه (770) طالب من المشاركين فى الانشطة وقد استخدم الباحثون فى جمع البيانات عدد(1) استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحثون ، وقد اسفرت النتائج ان معوقات الامن الفكرى تتمثل فى الحراك الإجتماعي والهجرة من الريف إلى المدينة، مما يؤدي إلى تغييرات في القيم والتقاليد، التقليد الأعمى لرفيقات السوء، والذي يؤثر سلبًا على سلوك الشباب ، التأثر بما تنشره الفضائيات من أفكار قد تكون بعيدة عن القيم المجتمعية ،قلة إستثمار طاقات الشباب، مما يؤدي إلى شعورهم بالإحباط والضياع **Research Abstract** **Title:** Obstacles to Achieving Intellectual Security Among Students of Faculties of Physical Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt **Objective:** The research aims to identify the role of Egyptian universities in achieving intellectual security for their students through the roles of faculty members, curricula, activities, and university administration. These elements are considered essential parts of the university education system. Academic leaders can contribute to enhancing intellectual security by guiding faculty members to link educational content with the intellectual reality of society and allowing faculty members to express their ideas and orientations freely without violating university norms and traditions. This can also be achieved by providing books and resources related to intellectual security in college libraries and directing college publications to focus on intellectual security topics. **Methodology:** 
The researchers used the descriptive method with a survey approach. The research was applied to a sample of 340 individuals, including some university vice presidents, student activity coordinators, deans, college vice-deans, student activity coordinators, faculty members, and their assistants. Additionally, a sample of 770 students participating in student activities was included. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire designed by the researchers. **Key Findings:** 
The results revealed that the obstacles to achieving intellectual security include:
- Social mobility and migration from rural to urban areas, leading to changes in values and traditions.
- Blind imitation of peers with negative influences, affecting youth behavior negatively.
- Influence of satellite channels spreading ideas that may be far from societal values.
- Insufficient investment in youth energy, leading to feelings of frustration and loss.
