هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل اتجاهات الباحثين في البحوث الفقهية المنشورة في مجلة جرش للبحوث والدراسات من عام 1996م إلى عام 2023م، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي وذلك باستقراء أعداد مجلة جرش وحصر البحوث الفقهية المنشورة فيها، ثم المنهج الوصفي وذلك من خلال تحديد اتجاه كل بحث على حدة ثم إدراجه تحت الاتجاه المناسب له. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن عدد البحوث الفقهية في المجلة هو: 26 بحثاً، أما التحليل الموضوعي للبحوث؛ فقد انتهى البحث إلى أن موضوعات الأحوال الشخصية فقهاً وقانوناً جاءت بنسبة 19.2%، وجاءت موضوعات القواعد والضوابط الفقهية بالنسبة السابقة ذاتها، ثم جاءت موضوعات المستجدات والنوازل بنسبة 15.3%، وجاءت بعدها موضوعات فقه المعاملات بنسبة 11.5%، وجاءت موضوعات فقه العبادات الفقهية بالنسبة السابقة ذاتها، ثم جاءت موضوعات الاقتصاد الإسلامي والمصارف الإسلامية بنسبة 7.6 %، وجاءت موضوعات فقه العقوبات بالنسبة السابقة ذاتها، وختاماً جاءت موضوعات نظام الحكم في الإسلام بنسبة 3.8%، وجاءت موضوعات أحكام السياحة بالنسبة السابقة ذاتها. This study aimed at analyzing the trends of researchers in Fiqh research published in Jerash Journal of research and studies from 1996 to 2023.the study used the inductive method by extrapolating the issues of Jerash Journal and limiting the Fiqh research published in it, and then the descriptive method by determining the direction of each research separately and then listing it under the appropriate direction. It has been concluded that the number of Fiqh researches in the journal is: 26 researches, as for the objective analysis of the research, the research concluded that the topics of personal status, jurisprudence and law came by 19.2%, the topics of rules and Fiqh regulations came by the same former, then the topics of developments and downfalls came by 15.3%, then the topics of jurisprudence of transactions came by 11.5%, the topics of jurisprudence of Fiqh worship came by the same former, then the topics of Islamic economy and Islamic banking came by 7.6%, the topics of jurisprudence of penalties came by the same former, and finally the topics of the Islam increased by 3.8%, and the topics of Tourism provisions followed the same for the previous one.
