حوى البحث على نماذج من سنة النَّبِيّ ﷺ وسيرته العطرة وقعت فيها أحداث فعالجها ﷺ بحكمة القائد، وحنكة المربي الناجح، فبدأ البحث بمقدمة بٌين فيها أهمية الموضوع وسبب اختياره، ثم مشكلة البحث، ثم هدفه ثم حدوده ثم المنهج الذي سار عليه البحث ثم الدراسات السابقة ثم خطة البحث وقد بٌني البحث فيها على تمهيد وخمسة مباحث، المبحث الأول: تحقيق بعض المبادئ، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، المطلب الأول: تحقيق مبدأ الاعتراف بالفضل، وشخصية القائد المحنك، من خلال بعض الأحداث يوم فتح مكة، وموقف النَّبِيّ ﷺ منها، المطلب الثاني: تحقيق مبدأ الشورى في غَزْوَةِ بَدْرٍ، المطلب الثالث: تحقيق مبدأ المساواة، المبحث الثاني: التأدب بآداب الإسلام وترك ما يخالفها ، المبحث الثالث: الغيرة الفطرية وحسن العهد ، المبحث الرابع: من أكبر المعاصي فاحشة الزنا، المبحث الخامس: الإيثار مع الحاجة.
وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: احتوى البحث على تسعة أحاديث، فيها أحداث وقعت في العهد النبوي، للوقوف على هديه ﷺ في معالجة هذه الأحداث واستنباط الأثر التربوي وللاقتداء والاهتداء. إن المؤمن الحق لا ينسى المعروف لمن أسدى إليه معروفًا، وأول صور رد المعروف هو الاعتراف بالفضل ثم مقابلة الجميل بالأجمل.
التوصيات: وبعد هذه الرحلة القصيرة الماتعة في سيرة النَّبِيُّ ﷺ العطرة، ورغم كل من كتب فيها، تظل مجالًا خصبًا وعامرًا بالمواقف التربوية التي يقتبس منها، ويستفاد حلولًا لمواقف شتى، فالمجال واسع والأبواب مشرعة لكل باحث في هديه ﷺ.
This research presents examples from the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his noble life, illustrating events that he handled with the wisdom of a leader and the skill of a successful educator. The study begins with an introduction explaining the importance of the topic, the reason for its selection, the research problem, its objectives, scope, methodology, previous studies, and the research plan. The paper is organized into an introduction, followed by five chapters.
The first chapter focuses on the establishment of certain principles, divided into three sections:

Establishing the principle of recognizing merit and the character of a seasoned leader, exemplified by the events during the Conquest of Mecca and the Prophet's (PBUH) handling of the situation.
Establishing the principle of consultation during the Battle of Badr.
Establishing the principle of equality.

The second chapter addresses the importance of adhering to Islamic etiquette and avoiding actions that contradict them.
The third chapter discusses natural jealousy and maintaining strong commitments.
The fourth chapter addresses the grave sin of adultery.
The fifth chapter emphasizes altruism in times of need.
The research concludes with several findings, including:

The paper incorporates nine Hadiths that document events from the Prophetic era, analyzing how the Prophet (PBUH) handled these events and extracting educational lessons for guidance and emulation.
A true believer never forgets the kindness shown to them and the first step in repaying kindness is acknowledging the favor, followed by responding with greater kindness.

Recommendations: Despite the wealth of literature on the life of the Prophet (PBUH), it remains a fertile field rich with educational moments that continue to offer solutions to various challenges. The doors are open for researchers to delve deeper into his teachings and derive valuable lessons for all areas of life.
