استهدف البحث اقتراح عدد من المتطلبات مقترحة؛ لتحسين أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية الصناعية المعمارية في مصر على ضوء مدخل "هوشين كانري" للجودة الشاملة من خلال مجموعة من المحاور: المحور الأول: الإطار المفاهيمي لمدخل هوشين كانري للجودة الشاملة. المحور الثاني: الأبعاد الرئيسة لأداء القيادة المدرسية على ضوء مدخل هوشين كانري. المحور الثالث: واقع أداء قيادات المدارس الثانوية الصناعية المعمارية في مصر. المحور الرابع: المتطلبات المقترحة لتحسين أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية الصناعية المعمارية في مصر على ضوء مدخل هوشين كانري للجودة الشاملة. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي؛ لأنه ملائم لتطبيق البحث. من المتوقع أن توفر النتائج رؤى قيمة لقلدة المدارس وصانعي السياسات التعليمية وأصحاب المصلحة المشاركين فى تطوير وتنفيذ برامج القيادة التعليمية في مصر. The research aimed to propose a number of proposed requirements to improve the performance of school leaders in architectural industrial secondary schools in Egypt in the light of the "Hoshin Canary" approach to total quality through a set of axes: The first axis: the conceptual framework of the Hoshin Canri approach to total quality. The second axis: the main dimensions of school leadership performance in the light of the Hoshin Canary entrance. The third axis: the reality of the performance of the leaders of the architectural industrial secondary schools in Egypt. Fourth Theme: Proposed requirements to improve the performance of school leaders in architectural industrial secondary schools in Egypt in light of Hoshin Canry's approach to total quality. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights to schools, educational policymakers, and stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of educational leadership programs in Egypt
