تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع أثر المتغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية على الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وخاصة التكتلات الاقتصادية الإقليمية كمتغير اقتصادي مؤثر وبالغ الأهمية، وذلك للوصول إلى تنمية اقتصادية عالية. فهذه الدراسة تسعى إلى التعرف على مفهوم كل من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، والتغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية، كما تحاول هذه الدراسة التعرف على تأثير التغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية وخاصة التكتلات الاقتصادية الإقليمية على الاستثمار الأجنبي، كما تلقي الضوء أبصُا على العوامل القانونية لجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في كل من جمهورية مصر العربية والمملكة العربية السعودية في ظل العولمة وعلاقتها بالتحولات الراهنة. كما تعرض الدراسة لنماذج من التكلات الاقتصادية للدولة المتقدمة، وكذلك نماذج من التكلات الاقتصادية للدول النامية، كنماذج لتغير اقتصادي عالمي. وتختم هذه الدراسة بخاتمة تشتمل على بعض النتائج والتوصيات المقترحة. Abstract    This study focuses on the impact of global economic variables on foreign direct investments (FDI), particularly regional economic blocs as a significant and influential economic variable, aiming to achieve high economic development.     The study seeks to explore the concepts of foreign direct investment and global economic changes. It also attempts to examine the impact of global economic changes, especially regional economic blocs, on foreign investment. Furthermore, it highlights the legal factors for attracting foreign direct investments in both the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the context of globalization and its relationship with current transformations.    The study also presents examples of economic blocs in developed countries, as well as examples from developing countries, as models of global economic change.    The study concludes with a summary that includes some findings and proposed recommendations.
