تناول البحث موضوعا مهما، وهو النسخ في القرآن الكريم، وتطلب هذا الرجوع إلى شروط النسخ المقررة عند الأصوليين وكذا الطرق التي يعرف بها النسخ، لنعرف مدى صحة القول بوجود آيات منسوخة في القرآن العظيم من عدمه. والحق: أنه لا وجود للنسخ في القرآن في ضوء شروط النسخ وطرقه؛ إذ الحاصل أن إبطال نص لاحق لنص سابق متوقف على أحد طريقين: الطريق الأول: وجود نقل صحيح صريح على أن اللاحق ناسخ لسابقه. فهذا إن وجد يكون حاسما للنزاع. ولا وجود لهذا فيما يتعلق بآي القرآن. والطريق الثاني: أن يوجد بين النصين تعارض بحيث لا يمكن الجمع بينهما بوجه من وجوه التأويل. فحينئذ نعوّل على قرينة ظاهرة، فنثبت النسخ بناء عليها وإن كان خلاف الأصل، ترجيحا لهذا الظاهر بالاعتضاد بالتعارض أو التناقض الذي لا يتأتي معه التأويل لأجل تحقيق الجمع. وهو أمر منتف عن القرآن؛ فما من آية قيل بنسخها لمعارضتها لأخرى، إلا وجد من العلماء من ينفي أن تكون منسوخة، ويُظهر إحكامها بلا تكلف أو تعسف.   Abstract: This theme has the important theme , which is the abrogation in the holy Quran in which requires to get back to the terms of obligated abrogation in the fundamentalist  as well as the methods that known of abrogation and the extent of approval of sayings of versus abrogated in the Holy Quran or denial The truth is that there are not any of abrogation in the holy Quran in the light of the terms of the abrogation and their methods as the way of denial of the text in later sense is relying on one of two methods The first way: that if there is a texts fundamentality explicitly mentioned as the abrogated later mentioned so these if any conflicts dismissed in relation to the Holy Quran versus the second way : is if any of two texts have opposed as there is no any collection between them from the perspective of saying then, we can say that is a clear counterpart as we can prove the abrogation accordingly in which is contradictory of the real texts and it is more weighty that this perspective  is relying to each other of opposition or contradictory has appeared in which is opposing in saying for the reason of achieving the collections in which is a matter of negation and denial from the Holy Quran as there are not any versus mentioned in which are  opposing with others as some scientists could say that the denial is abrogated and to appear the provisions of any aggregations  or abuses
