ملخص البحث
ينطوى هذا البحث على بيان مدى أهمية الدبلوماسية فى حياة الدول،ولكنه يُسلّط الضوء بشكل رئيسى على ضوابط  تلك الدبلوماسية عامة وضوابط الحصانات الدبلوماسية بصفة خاصة،ولذا فسوف نتناوله فى مبحثين رئيسيين،حيث يشتمل المبحث الأول على ثلاثة مطالب نبين فيها التطور التاريخى للدبلوماسية وما لحقها من تطور ملحوظ على تعاقب الزمن،ثم نعرض لتعريف الدبلوماسية عامة ومقومات الدبلوماسى الناجح،مع بيان لتشكيل البعثات الدبلوماسية. وأما فى المبحث الثانى فسوف نتناول فيه ضوابط تلك الحصانات من وجوه ثلاثة يتعلق أولها بضوابط حصانات رئيس الجمهورية ووزير الخارجية ويتعلق ثانيها بضوابط حصانة المبعوثين الدبلوماسيين وأخيرًا نعرض لضوابط  حصانتى مقر البعثة الدبلوماسية والحقيبة الدبلوماسية فى ثلاثة  مطالب  فى  هذا  المبحث.
Abstract :
This research includes a statement of the importance of diplomacy in the life of countries, but it mainly sheds light on the controls of this diplomacy in general and the controls of diplomatic immunities in particular, so we will address it in two main sections, where the first section includes three demands in which we show the historical development of diplomacy and the noticeable development that has followed it over time, then we present the definition of diplomacy in general and the components of a successful diplomat, with a statement of the formation of diplomatic missions. As for the second section, we will address the controls of these immunities from three aspects, the first of which relates to the controls of the immunities of the President of the Republic and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the second relates to the controls of the immunity of diplomatic envoys, and finally we present the controls of the immunities of the headquarters of the diplomatic mission and the diplomatic bag in three demands in this section.
