الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الذكاء العاطفي في تحسين أداء الطاقم التربوي في رياض الأطفال داخل الخط الأخضر. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه الأنسب لفهم العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي وأداء المعلمين. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبانة أُعدت خصيصًا لهذا الغرض، حيث تضمنت أربعة أبعاد رئيسية للذكاء العاطفي وهي: الوعي الذاتي، إدارة الانفعالات، التعاطف، وإدارة العلاقات الاجتماعية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلم ومعلمة يعملون في رياض الأطفال داخل الخط الأخضر، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى أفراد العينة كان مرتفعًا بشكل عام، مما يدل على تأثير إيجابي للذكاء العاطفي في تحسين أدائهم التربوي. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، في حين وُجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة الأطول، خاصة في البعد التعليمي. توصي الدراسة بضرورة تنظيم برامج تدريبية لتعزيز مهارات الذكاء العاطفي لدى المعلمين، ودمج هذه المهارات ضمن برامج إعداد المعلمين، بالإضافة إلى توفير بيئة تعليمية داعمة تعزز من استخدام الذكاء العاطفي في الممارسات الصفية.

The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach as it is the most appropriate method to understand the relationship between emotional intelligence and teachers' performance. Data were collected using a specially designed questionnaire that covered four key dimensions of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, emotion management, empathy, and social relationship management. The study sample consisted of 100 kindergarten teachers within the Green Line, selected randomly. The results indicated that the level of emotional intelligence among the participants was generally high, reflecting a positive impact on improving their educational performance. Furthermore, the results showed no statistically significant differences attributed to gender or academic qualifications. However, there were statistically significant differences related to years of experience, favoring teachers with longer experience, particularly in the educational dimension. The study recommends organizing training programs to enhance emotional intelligence skills among teachers, integrating these skills into teacher preparation programs, and providing a supportive educational environment that fosters the application of emotional intelligence in classroom practices.
