Abstract

The rulings of Islam are general, comprehensive, and realistic. They seek to achieve religious and worldly interests and address all jurisprudential issues related to Muslim women in order to achieve legitimate goals and perform religious rituals and rituals, through knowledge.Natural blood volumes, and estimating the minimum and maximum duration of menstruation, through studying the interpretation of (Fath al-Bayan fi Maqasid al-Qur'an) Imam Muhammad Siddiq Khan Al-Qanuji (d. 1307 AH) is a contemporaryjurisprudential study, with an explanation of the sayings of the jurists, and the most correct of them. This study dealt with an important issue related to natural blood coming out of the uterus, explaining the duration and duration of menstruation, and the positive or negative effects that result from it, according to the findings of Islamic Sharia jurists. This study came to clarify the types of natural blood coming from the uterus, the duration of menstruation, and the legal rulings specific to Muslim women. To find out the provisions related to this, we relied on studying the topic from a jurisprudential and Sharia perspective. The study concluded by saying that there is no limit to menstruation, the minimum in acts of worship and the maximum is fifteen or seventeen days. Anything other than that is not menstruation, and a woman who does not see blood during her menstrual period is judged to be pure.
