هدفت ها البحث إلى قياس العلاقة بين أساليب القيادة باستراتيجيات صناعة القرار فى شركة إيجاس. وتحليل الدور المعدل لحالة اليقين والمخاطرة وعدم اليقين للعلاقة بين أساليب القيادة واستراتيجيات صناعة القرار فى شركة إيجاس. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية، لوصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة (أثر أساليب القيادة على استراتيجيات صناعة القرار فى ظل حالة اليقين والمخاطرة وعدم اليقين)، وتحليل بياناتها وبيات العلاقة بين مكوناتها. اعتمد البحث على أداة جمع البيانات التى تمثلت فى استمارة استبيان إلكترونية مكوّنة من أربعة محاور رئيسية تتمثل فى (البيانات الديموجرافية للمستقصى، والمتغير المستقل (أساليب القيادة) بأبعاده، والمتغير التابع (استراتيجيات صناعة القرار) بأبعاده، والمتغير المعدل (حالة اليقين – حالة المخاطرة – حالة عدم اليقين). وتوصل البحث إلى قبول فروض الردراسة جزئيًا
 
     This research aimed to measure the relationship between leadership styles and decision-making strategies in EGAS Company. And to analyze the moderating role of certainty, risk and uncertainty in the relationship between leadership styles and decision-making strategies in EGAS Company. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach to conduct the field study, to describe the phenomenon under study (the effect of leadership styles on decision-making strategies under certainty, risk and uncertainty). And analyzing its data and the relationship between its components. The research relied on the data collection tool, which was an electronic questionnaire consisting of four main axes, which are (demographic data of the respondent, the independent variable (leadership styles) with its dimensions, the dependent variable (decision-making strategies) with its dimensions, and the moderating variable (state of certainty - state of risk - state of uncertainty). The research concluded that the study hypotheses were partially accepted.
