هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور برامج التدريب في تحقيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية بمستشفيات محافظة جدة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إعداد الدراسة، كما تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عمدية من العاملين في مستشفيات محافظة جدة، وبلغ حجم العينة (400) مفردة. وعقب جمع البيانات تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات. ومن خلال تحليل البيانات، توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج، أهمها: وجود دور كبير جداً لبرامج التدريب في تحقيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مستشفيات محافظة جدة، وذلك من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة بوزن نسبي (88.4%). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة متحققة بدرجة كبيرة جداً في مستشفيات محافظة جدة، وذلك من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة بوزن نسبي (86.0%). أكدت النتائج على أن تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية يعد أكثر عناصر البرامج التدريبية ارتباطاً بتحقيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مستشفيات محافظة جدة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات، منها: تعزيز توجهات الإدارة العليا في مستشفيات محافظة جدة المتعلقة بوضع سياسات عمل واضحة ومعلنة لجميع العاملين، مما يساهم في تحسين العمليات بشكل مستمر داخل المستشفى. العمل بشكل مستمر على تقيم نتائج برامج التدريب التي تم عقدها للعاملين داخل مستشفيات محافظات جدة ودراسة مدى انعكاسها على سلوك الموظفين في المستشفى وأدائهم لمهام عملهم.
 
The current study aimed to identify the role of training programs in achieving the requirements of total quality management, through an applied study in hospitals in Jeddah Governorate. To achieve the aime of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used in preparing the study. A questionnaire was also used to collect data from the study sample, and the study was applied to a deliberate sample of workers in hospitals in Jeddah Governorate, and the sample size was (400) individuals. After collecting the data, the statistical package (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. Through data analysis, the study reached several results, the most important of which is: the presence of a very significant role for training programs in achieving the requirements of total quality management in hospitals in Jeddah Governorate, from the point of view of the study sample members with a relative weight of (88.4%). The study found that the requirements of Total Quality Management are met to a very high degree in hospitals in Jeddah Governorate, from the point of view of the study sample members, with a relative weight of (86.0%). The results confirmed that the implementation of training programs is the most closely linked element of training programs to achieving the requirements of total quality management in hospitals in Jeddah Governorate. In light of the results reached, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including: Strengthening the directions of senior management in Jeddah Governorate hospitals related to setting clear and announced work policies for all employees, which contributes to continuous improvement of operations within the hospital. Continuously work to evaluate the results of the training programs that were held for employees within hospitals in Jeddah governorates and study the extent to which they are reflected in the behavior of employees in the hospital and their performance of their work tasks.
