هدفت هذه الدراسة الى دراسة وتحليل دور ترشيد الانفاق في تحسين الأداء المالي بالتطبيق على الشئون الصحية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة ، وتحليل بيانات قوائم الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج SPSS على عينة مكونة من 391 عامل من العاملين في الشئون الصحية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة محل الدراسة والبحث.
     وتوصل الباحث إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية عند مستوى معنوية أقل من 5% بين تأثير معنوي لترشيد الانفاق بأبعاده المختلفة (ترشيد النفقات الأدارية ، ترشيد النفقات الاجتماعية، ترشيد النفقات الاقتصادية) في تحسين الأداء المالي بأبعاده (التوازن المالي ، اليسر المالي، الربحية, خلق القيمة) في الشئون الصحية بمكة المكرمة محل الدراسة والبحث.
    وأوصى الباحث القائمين والعاملين على إدارة الشئون الصحية بمكة المكرمة محل الدراسة والبحث بضرورة التقييم المستمر لمستوى أدائها المالي وترشيد الانفاق من أجل تطوير وتحسين منتجاتها وخدماتها لمواكبة هذه التغيرات ومجابهة التحديات والأزمات العالمية وتحقيق الاستدامة في الأداء.
 
      This study aimed to study and analyze the role of rationalizing spending in improving financial performance by applying it to health affairs in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, and to analyze data from questionnaire lists using the SPSS program on a sample of 391 health affairs workers in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, the subject of study and research.
      The researcher found a significant effect at a significance level of less than 5% between the significant effect of rationalizing spending in its various dimensions (rationalizing administrative expenses, rationalizing social expenses, rationalizing economic expenses) in improving financial performance in its dimensions (financial balance, financial ease, profitability, creating... Value) in health affairs in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the subject of study and research.
      The researcher recommended that those responsible and working in the Department of Health Affairs in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the subject of study and research, need to continuously evaluate the level of its financial performance and rationalize spending in order to develop and improve its products and services to keep pace with these changes, confront global challenges and crises, and achieve sustainability in performance.
